Green Mountain Power is looking for a dynamic IT professional with outstanding customer service skills to join our fast-paced IT Help Desk team! The successful candidate will serve as a first point of contact for all technology-related support issues and be able to solve complex problems in a highly efficient and friendly manner.
Candidates must possess excellent knowledge of and experience in working with Windows OS, Mac OS X, and iOS, including the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PC/Mac hardware and software issues, support iPhone and iPad technologies and applications, as well as be able to manage all of these with a variety of remote management tools. Familiarity with VMware VDI, Active Directory, SCCM and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Additional experience with Google Docs, networking, printers, laptop deployment, and basic hardware repair is desired.
Successful candidates will have a passion and drive to work in a highly innovative, technical environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to present information in a user-friendly fashion are required.
Opening is for our Colchester location.
